Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Paid Consultation Services

1. Scope of the Service
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of online consultation services provided through individual one-to-one sessions conducted via Zoom video conference.

Each consultation session lasts 60 minutes and is tailored to the client’s needs, as identified at the time of booking. The service is intended to provide professional guidance and informational support in the fashion and modeling industry.

2. Price and Payment
The fee for each consultation session is €120.00.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking through the payment methods made available on the website during checkout, including, where applicable, credit card and PayPal.

A booking shall be deemed confirmed only once the payment has been successfully received.

3. Booking Process
Consultation sessions must be booked through the online scheduling system available on the website. Clients may select an available date and time slot from those shown at the time of booking.

Once the booking has been confirmed, the client will receive a confirmation email containing the session details, including the Zoom access link and any relevant joining instructions.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or request to reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In such cases, the client shall be entitled either to a full refund or, where agreed, to reschedule the session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as failure to attend the session without notice, shall not be eligible for a refund.

If the service provider is unable to deliver the session at the scheduled time due to reasons attributable to the provider, the client shall be entitled to choose between a full refund and rescheduling.

5. Technical Requirements
The client is solely responsible for ensuring that they have:

  • a compatible device, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone;

  • a stable internet connection;

  • access to a functioning version of Zoom;

  • a working microphone and camera suitable for participation in the session.

The service provider shall not be liable for any failure or interruption of the service resulting from the client’s own technical equipment, connectivity, or software issues.

6. Personal Use of the Service
The consultation service is personal and may only be used by the individual who completed the booking.

The client may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or otherwise share the session or any part of its contents without the prior written consent of the service provider.

7. Nature of the Service and Limitation of Liability
The consultation service is provided for informational, educational, and guidance purposes only. No specific professional, artistic, or commercial result is promised or guaranteed.

Any decision taken by the client following the consultation shall remain entirely at the client’s own discretion and sole responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or reliance upon, the consultation service, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.

8. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
