Cancellation Policy

1. Object of the Service The service offered consists of a 1-hour individual consulting session, provided via video conference on Zoom, dedicated to the fashion and modeling industry. The consultation is personalized based on the client's needs, agreed upon at the time of booking. 2. Price and Payment Methods The cost for each session is €50.00. Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made using the methods indicated in the checkout process (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.). The booking will be considered confirmed only after the payment is completed. 3. Session Booking Sessions must be booked through the online calendar available on the website. The client can select a time slot from those available at the time of booking. After confirmation, the client will receive the session details by email, including the link to access the video conference on Zoom and the instructions for connecting. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations: You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, with the right to a full refund. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to the address listed in the contacts. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance) and no-shows without prior notice will not be refundable. In the event of the service provider being unable to meet the agreed time, the client may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the session. 5. Technical Requirements The client is responsible for ensuring: Access to a compatible device (computer, tablet or smartphone). A stable internet connection. Installation and operation of the Zoom software. Presence of a working camera and microphone for interaction. The service provider will not be responsible for technical issues caused by the client's technological infrastructure.
