Cancellation Policy

The booking is for a 1-hour individual online consultation held via Zoom and focused on the fashion industry and professional modeling. The consultation is tailored to the client’s individual needs. The consultation fee is €120 and must be paid at the time of booking using the payment methods available on the website. Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the session. The client may cancel or reschedule the appointment independently up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, using the link provided in the confirmation email or by contacting MD Model Academy. If the cancellation is made within this timeframe, 90% of the amount paid, equal to €108, will be refunded. The remaining 10%, equal to €12, will be retained to cover payment processing fees and the administrative and organizational costs incurred in managing the booking. If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the appointment, in the event of a no-show, or if the consultation cannot take place for reasons attributable to the client, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any late rescheduling requests will be evaluated by MD Model Academy based on availability. If the appointment is cancelled by MD Model Academy, the client may choose between rescheduling the consultation or receiving a full refund of the amount paid. Any withdrawal rights granted to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected. Where required by law, refunds will be issued without any deductions that are not legally permitted. The Zoom link will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided is correct and to have a suitable device and a stable Internet connection. If the client arrives late, the consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time, with no automatic extension of the session.
